prompt service wide variety private pool

the resort provides prompt golf cart service. the drivers were friendly (i especially appreciated their smiles). the breakfast was good, and there was a wide variety of options. our private pool was bigger than i expected. it was a good size.

the hotel is a little old. old pipes are visible and the technology is not cutting edge.

a wonderful villas experience

amazing view helpful staff friendly drivers

the view from the pool villa was amazing. all the super nice team. breakfast had good variety for me. golf carts came fast and the drivers were friendly. room service and laundry service had reasonable prices.

the bathtub water had a brown tint at first. it took about three hours for staff to address it. after this long time, water still had a yellow tint. the hotel offered a late checkout.

gym includes air conditioning and clean machines, good. pools were big and relaxing with cleanliness i liked. many stairs exist to walk but a buggy service can take you to and from your room.

breakfast offers a buffet with different food options including meats and vegetarian. the breakfast restaurant provides a nice vibe. the dinner restaurant warrants a separate review, but i really recommend the massaman chicken. breakfast section had air conditioning.

staff was lovely, friendly, and always helpful. the resort ensured we had an really good experience. they were cute, like having us in their own home. drivers were friendly and prompt when using golf carts.

rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. our room was made up daily and with care. the pool, bathroom, and amenities were clean. the shower stall could use a replacement.

Location is beautiful and peaceful, beachside view perfect. the hotel super accessible from the airport. no shops are next door. A 15-minute walk is necessary to get to the next town. there are stinger signs by ocean, so we didn't swim.
